The Process

Planning & Budget

Kick off, Product Specification & Budget Planning. Our insights can save significant time and costs in the budgeting process.

POs & Procurement

From the initial specification to the Purchase Orders, ADH360 prepares a detailed and specific budget that outlines each item . This ensures transparency and clarity for all parties involved.

Sourcing & Logistics

By utilizing our cargo management system, we will monitor the movement of all merchandise directly from the provider until it reaches its ultimate endpoint. This aids us in arranging the necessary shipping dates for any products that have extensive lead times and ensures we are well-informed about the progress of all deliveries.

Warehousing & Installation

Our collaboration with the selected installation contractor and furnish the essential details to facilitate the coordination of the delivery and installation of all items.

Project Close-Out

ADH360 aids the team responsible for installation and guarantee the completion of a final inspection and a list of shortcomings. Subsequently, a timetable will be drafted and presented to the relevant parties.
